This is a convenience translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Croatian version of this policy is the authoritative one.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through the pozornice.hr website, why we collect it and what rights you have. It is deliberately short, because this website collects very little data.

What data we collect

The contact form collects the information you enter:

name
name of institution or company
email address
phone number (optional)
enquiry topic
message content

Alongside the content you enter yourself, your IP address and browser details (user agent) are recorded with each message sent. We use this solely to protect against unsolicited and automated messages; it is not used for tracking or profiling.

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or any other visitor-tracking tool. We do not build user profiles and do not make automated decisions.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data from the contact form solely to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Your consent is not required to send an enquiry, because the processing rests on the bases stated above and not on consent.

How the data is processed and how long we keep it

A message sent via the contact form is delivered by email to prodaja@pozornice.hr. The website also stores your contact details, enquiry and any attached configuration in its database so the enquiry can be handled if email delivery fails. The record includes the submission time, IP address and processing status.

We keep messages in the mailbox for as long as the communication lasts and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of further enquiries — at most 24 months — after which we delete them. If an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, we keep the data in accordance with tax and accounting regulations.

Cookies

This website does not set any tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

One technically necessary cookie is set, pll_language, which remembers the language you are reading the site in (Croatian or English). It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.

WordPress additionally sets technically necessary cookies only for logged-in site administrators, to maintain their login. These cookies are not set for ordinary visitors.

The configurators also store a small amount of data in your browser local storage (for example thumbnails of stages you have built) so that they run faster. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

For this reason there is no cookie-consent pop-up on the site — every cookie listed above is technically necessary and none of them requires consent.

Data recipients

We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

The data may be accessed by our web-hosting provider, Avalon d.o.o., Zagreb, which serves the website and the mailbox. The servers are located in the European Union.

We do not transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area.

Fonts and external content

We serve every font the site uses (Inter, IBM Plex Sans, IBM Plex Mono and Michroma) from our own server. When the page loads, your IP address is not forwarded to Google or any other external service provider.

Your rights

In relation to your personal data you have the right to access and obtain a copy of the data, to rectify inaccurate data, to erase data, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@lumilas.hr. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we are processing your data contrary to the regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

Security

The site is served exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the mailbox is password-protected and available only to authorised persons.
