Frequently asked questions

01Purchase and delivery

Do you sell or rent equipment?

We sell. Our speciality is equipping institutions, halls and production houses with their own equipment — with first-setup assembly and staff training, so the stage works for years without rental costs.

How long does delivery take?

We usually deliver standard stage decks and accessories within 2–4 weeks. Roof structures and larger lighting systems are made to order — the exact deadline is stated in the quote.

What documentation do I get with the equipment?

With the quote we provide technical specifications and the manufacturer's documentation — declarations, load-capacity data and certificates. We produce a structural calculation when the structure or venue requires it.

Do you tailor the quote to my space?

Yes. Send the space dimensions, purpose and desired stage height — we'll return a configuration with the number of modules, legs and accessories. If you want to try it yourself, design the stage in the planner and send the specification.

02Sizing and configuration

How do I know what load capacity I need?

For choirs, lecterns and school shows 750 kg/m² is enough. For theatre setups and heavier scenography 1200 kg/m² or more is used, and for stages with drums, a piano and heavy equipment the reinforced series apply. If you're not sure — describe what goes on the stage and we'll suggest.

Can I expand the stage later?

Yes, the system is modular. The same decks and legs can be bought and combined with existing ones, so the stage grows as the need grows — without replacing what you already have.

What if I need a non-standard dimension?

Alongside the 2×1 m and 1×1 m modules there is a 1×0.5 m half-format for edges and floor-plan adjustment. We solve most non-standard spaces with a combination of formats; for the rest, send the dimensions.

Can I use the stage decks outdoors?

For outdoor setups and uneven terrain there is a version with an anti-slip, weather-resistant deck and telescopic legs for levelling. The standard indoor series are not intended for permanent outdoor use.

03Assembly and handling

Can our staff assemble the stage themselves?

Yes — modular systems are made for exactly that. Assembly is tool-free and requires no special training: two people set up a 40 m² stage in about an hour.

Who assembles the truss and chain hoists?

Rigging requires a qualified person. We supply dual-brake motors and rigging equipment, and for the first assembly and crew training we arrange an on-site visit. Where the structure requires it, a structural calculation is also produced.

04Safety and after-sales

Do I need a design for a laser show?

Professional show lasers are class 4 — dangerous to the eyes and skin, even from a reflection. That requires a safety-zone design, measurement at the setup location, a scanner with a fail-safe brake and a trained operator. Scanning above the audience is further restricted.

Do you offer servicing and spare parts?

Yes. For all equipment we sell we keep spare parts and arrange servicing — from replacement stage-deck legs to servicing moving-head fixtures.
